What WoSuch does differently
You only pay for what you offer.
Only listings that are actually on offer are charged. Once a unit is sold or rented, charging ends with the current month.
No annual contract.
Cancel with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month. Nothing renews automatically after the free period.

Developers present their project with all unit types on one page – at no extra cost.

Prices per listing and month
A listing is one available unit – a flat or a house. Prices are graduated: each price applies to the listings within its band.
Agent with 25 listings: 10 × €8.00 + 15 × €7.00 = €185 per month
Developer: one building with 40 flats: 25 × €8.00 + 15 × €7.50 = €312.50 per month
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT where applicable.
Become a founding partner
Sign up by 31 March 2027 and list for free until 30 June 2027. After that, founding partners get 25% off for 12 months.
After the free period, it is your choice: you order paid publication, or your listings are deactivated. Without your explicit order there are no costs.

Terms at a glance
The essentials in brief. The Partner Terms are binding.
What counts as a listing
Every published unit offered as free or reserved counts as one listing.
Billing
Monthly in arrears. Every listing that was published and available for at least one day in the calendar month is charged for the whole month. If a unit is sold or rented, you still pay for the current month, but not from the following month.
Term and cancellation
The contract runs indefinitely, with no minimum term. You can cancel it with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month in your partner account.
End of the free period
We will inform you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance. Without an order your listings go offline and are deleted after 30 days. Your company account remains; you can submit listings again at any time.
Listing review
We check listings for completeness and lawfulness. If we reject or deactivate a listing, we tell you why, and you can object.
Changes
We announce changes to prices and terms by e-mail at least 15 days in advance. You can cancel before they take effect.
Who can list
Commercial providers holding a valid trade licence as an estate agent or property developer.

What does WoSuch cost for searchers?
Nothing. Every feature for searchers is free.
When do I start paying?
Founding partners from 1 July 2027, and only if you order publication. Later partners after the free period (1 month).
What happens if I do not order after the free period?
Your listings go offline and are deleted after 30 days. There are no costs and no obligations.
What happens when a flat is sold?
You still pay for the current month, but not from the following month. You never pay for units that are no longer on offer.
How do my listings get to WoSuch?
Through the OpenImmo interface from your agency software, or directly in the partner account.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month, directly in the partner account.
How is the order of listings decided?
We explain it on the page “How we sort”. TOP placements are always labelled as ads.
