Operation of a digital information platform for property listings in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. WoSuch displays listings that commercial providers — estate agents and property developers — publish on their own responsibility.
WoSuch is neither an estate agent nor a property developer and does not act as an intermediary in any way. The platform provides a technical display of information only. WoSuch receives no commission and no other remuneration from rental or purchase agreements between users and providers. Contact and all contractual discussions take place directly between the user and the respective provider, outside the platform.
All listing details — descriptions, prices, floor areas, photos, floor plans, energy certificates, contact details and opening hours — are entered and maintained by the respective providers themselves. WoSuch has no influence on this content and gives no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, currency or lawfulness.
WoSuch is a hosting service provider within the meaning of Art. 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (DSA) and of § 16 ECG. Responsibility for third-party content arises only once a specific infringement is known and not removed.

The design, structure, software and the texts and graphics created by WoSuch are protected by copyright. Content published by providers remains their property; by publishing it, they grant WoSuch a simple right of use for display on the platform.
WoSuch is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
