The property search I wished existed – built in Vienna.
I have always been interested in architecture – historic as much as contemporary. That is probably why my family and I chose Vienna in 2023.
I have moved house often, and each time I was looking for a flat, to buy or to rent. Each time it started the same way: a dozen portals, each with its own filters, most of them German only.
So I began building the portal I would have wanted myself – not a copy of the existing sites, but exactly what I picture an ideal property search to be: a map instead of endless lists, a language you choose yourself, and a change of country in a single click. Someone living in Vienna should find a house in Switzerland as easily as a flat in the 18th district.
WoSuch starts in Vienna and Austria. Germany and Switzerland follow – and step by step further European countries. Most of what I set out to build is already there. There is more to come.
